Ben Lora is a perfect walk for those that want a good walk ( its uphill!) and fantastic views. From the top (308m height) at the trig point you get 360 degree views- Ben cruachan, Glencoe, Mull etc.

The first part of the walk is on a good track- I prefer going up the first track from the bottom as it give seaside views. then after an hour ( or less) you reach a picnic bench with views over Connel Airport, and seawards down past Oban.

From here you can sit and relax, or you can continue up the hill to the actual top- this takes approx 45 minutes more, and the ‘path’ can be wet, but its worth it!
