Up at Glencoe Mountain Resort- where you can ski in Winter, during the summer months they have introduced ‘Tubing’ – sliding down the dry ski slope in a large inner wheel tube! We had a go and its great fun! You can take toddlers if its quiet- usually morning- mine loved it! For older kids and adults, you can be spun by the helpful staff, or link up as a big snake and twist down the slope!

Summer tubing at Glencoe Mountain resort is great fun for all ages (adults and children) and is open between 10am and 4pm on all weekends between the start of May and the end of October. It is also open during the following holiday dates 27th to 30th May; 24th June to 5th September; and 10th to 30th October. Sessions are just £5 per hour and start on the hour. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session starts. The time spent on the mat will be approximately 50 minutes as the mandatory safety briefing and helmet fitting takes around 10 minutes.

Why not combine it with a trip up the mountain in the chair lift. 

The restaurant next to the tubing slope is also good for lunch, or a coffee.
